This short documentary looks at the Revitalization movement of abandoned properties in the Detroit area through the eyes of Jeremy M. Parrish, a young entrepreneur from North Carolina who moves there to restore an old house sold on the market for $500. Here he begins a long process of collecting found materials in order to renovate the house and accomplish his dreams.
The piece was featured on Habitat, Witness Journal and Endeavours Film Festival in Singapore, 2013 and Savignano Immagini Festival 2014.
