They are too young to vote, to buy cigarettes and to get married - but children and minors in America can still be tried as adults and sentenced to spend the rest of their lives in prison, without any hope of ever getting out. Should children be treated differently than adult criminals? Can children, because of their age and development, be rehabilitated? Should they get a second chance?
